About the company
Vishwantara Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is a private limited company incorporated in 2024 in Hyderabad, India. It is recognised as a startup by the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade. We build and operate our own products rather than taking on client work.
Background
The company was founded by Kapil B Vishnubhatla. He spent seventeen years in manufacturing engineering across the United States and India, including eight years in FDA-regulated medical device manufacturing, plus work in semiconductors and automotive. He holds an MS in Electrical Engineering.
What we work on
Our four products cover heritage tourism, facilities management, Sanskrit language software and games. They are unrelated by sector. What they have in common is that each one needed a good deal of domain knowledge to build, and that the software already available was either built for another market or did not exist.
A facilities platform designed for a North American office tower does not fit an Indian residential community. A translation model that has not modelled Pāṇinian grammar will produce fluent Sanskrit nonsense.
Approach
We are a small team and we work on long build cycles. We put products into real operational use early and keep them there, because that is where the problems show up.
